What to Expect
Options for a single consultation or a package:
1) Package option: Initial consultation (90min) + 2 follow-ups (30min) every 2-3 weeks - £300.
2) Package option: Initial consultation (90min) + 4 follow-ups (30min) every 2-3 weeks - £450.
3) One-off consultation (90min) - £150.
4) House visit consultation to create a toxin-free house (includes suggestions of healthy swaps in the kitchen, bathrooms, utility room, and any other area of the house; takes half a day, includes a written plan of swaps and actions) - £200.
Short-term and one-off appointments are available for minor issues.
However, the frequency of the packages above is important to follow through with the health plan. One-off consultation is often not enough to deal with most health problems.
Consultation
Prior to the consultation, a questionnaire will be filled in by you and thoroughly analysed by Moomtoz.
During the consultation:
Review of your current, previous, and family medical history, medications, lifestyle.
Food diet analysis and discussion.
At the end, all the missing gaps will be examined, and suitable and doable options for a health plan will be discussed.
After the Consultation
After the consultation, you will receive:
A health optimisation plan with diet, lifestyle, and, if necessary, supplements suggestions.
A supply of nutritional handouts, supporting materials and/or recipes.
Test suggestions/referrals, if needed.
Email and phone support between consultations.
For the treatment to succeed, it should ideally last at least 3 months with bi-weekly appointments.
